Hey everyone!
The day has finally arrived… the final packages are now packed, labelled, and their collections are officially booked! That means once the postie comes on Wednesday, this project will be fully completed.
If your package hasn’t reached you yet, you can find your tracking details on BackerKit; just open your order and check the notes section. And of course, if anything looks off or you need help, feel free to message me and I’ll sort it out.
Thank you all so much for your patience throughout this project. I hope you’ve enjoyed reading or running the adventure, and I’d genuinely love to hear about any of your sessions, stories, or table moments.
Looking ahead, there are some changes coming to LunaBear Games. For future projects, I won’t be managing fulfilment myself anymore. I’d hoped that handling printing and manufacturing directly would improve the quality and speed of delivery, but in reality, it slowed things down.
I’m always trying to improve, and I want future adventures to arrive faster and cost less. So starting in 2026 (and likely beyond), I’ll be returning to Print-on-Demand for books. This frees up weeks of production time for me to focus on writing more adventures, and it’ll also lower shipping costs (and avoid those dreaded tariffs!) since items will be printed closer to where you live.

Three bits of news to update you on today!
Card Proofs Arrived!
The proof deck for Scourge of the Tyrant King has arrived — and it looks amazing. Here's a quick photo of the final product (please excuse the poor quality of my phone camera 😄):
I'm thrilled with the quality, and I hope you will be too. I've already placed the full bulk order, and the decks are now being manufactured. Once they’re printed and packed, I'll be shipping them out as soon as possible. I’ll update you again when the rest of the cards arrive.
Packing and Postage
Packing and posting is still well under way. I'm currently sitting at 176 shipped and 114 to go! Obviously those that have cards as part of your order, you will likely be posted to last, but if you haven't received yours yet, you will very soon! Thank you so much for your support and sticking with me through this project. The feedback for the adventure, so far, has been very positive and I'm glad you're enjoying it!
A New Project Appears!
While playtesting with the prototype cards, I realised just how much they improved my own GM'ing experience. Having quick reference cards for monsters made encounters run faster and more smoothly; no more flipping between stat blocks in the Monster Manual. In fact, I didn’t need the Monster Manual on the table at all.
This is also, as of now, the ONLY set of monster reference cards updated with the 2025 Monster Manual stats! The new edition features stronger monsters and cleaner, more efficient stat blocks. If you’re running 5e in 2025 and beyond, I genuinely recommend this as a powerful GM tool.
